What started as a home basketball court for neighborhood kids evolved into a full-service wellness centre — complete with a gym, yoga studio, meditation room, and state-of-the-art recovery amenities. We saw teens who needed a place to train seriously for their sports, and adults who craved a peaceful environment for yoga and mindfulness.
The name "OM" reflects our philosophy: wellness begins from within. Whether you're a high schooler training for basketball tryouts, an adult finding stillness in meditation, or a family bonding through movement — OM Fitness is your home.
