Complete gym with free weights, plate-loaded machines, cable systems, kettlebells, resistance bands, and cardio equipment. Air-conditioned with natural ventilation.
Yoga Studio
Bamboo flooring, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and natural light. Equipped with mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. Capacity for small group classes up to 8 people.
Meditation Room
Soundproofed space with dimmable lighting, meditation cushions, and ambient sound system. Designed for deep focus and peaceful contemplation.
Infrared Sauna
Full-spectrum infrared sauna with chromotherapy lighting. Cedar-lined interior seats 2–4 people. Temperature range from 100°F to 150°F.
Cold Plunge & E-Bikes
Temperature-controlled cold plunge pool (38–50°F) for post-workout recovery. Premium electric bikes available for scenic trail rides around Calabasas.
